You buy the GPU servers you want, or we buy them for you: RTX PRO 6000, HGX H200 or B300, or a configuration of your choice. We host them in Estonia and run everything up to the operating system. The hardware and its resale value are yours.

## **What you pay, and when**

<dt>**Hardware**</dt>
<dd>Quoted at order. You pay in full before we order it, whether we buy it for you or you buy it yourself.</dd>

<dt>**Onboarding**</dt>
<dd>A one-off fee, quoted. It covers racking, cabling, burn-in and handover.</dd>

<dt>**Every month**</dt>
<dd>A management fee, plus rack space, power and network billed open-book.</dd>

<dt>**Term**</dt>
<dd>24 months, billed monthly in advance, with a deposit of one month's fees.</dd></dl>

## **Your choice of hardware**

<dd>RTX PRO 6000 nodes, HGX H200, B200 or B300, or a configuration of your choice.</dd>

<dt>**Before you order**</dt>
<dd>We check power and cooling against the rack. Higher density goes into a tailored rack.</dd>

<dt>**Handover**</dt>
<dd>Bare metal, with a remote console over VPN.</dd>

<dt>**Repairs**</dt>
<dd>We handle failed parts and warranty claims with the vendor. After the warranty, you pay for parts at cost.</dd></dl>

## **If something changes, your server is still yours**

<dd>The server is yours from acceptance.</dd>

<dt>**If we can't continue**</dt>
<dd>An agreement between you, 3NV and the data centre lets you reach and remove your hardware.</dd>
