The server you reserve. For the RTX PRO 6000 node: 8 GPUs with 96 GB each, 1.5 TB RAM and 15 TB NVMe. Other configurations as stated in your quote. Bare metal, Ubuntu LTS or a blank disk. 2. Rack space, power and cooling in an Estonian data centre, today Greenergy's Tallinn DC-1. 3. Network and IP transit, with 100 TB of outbound traffic a month per server included. Above that, the per-TB price in your order form. 4. Monitoring, firmware, and replacement of failed parts. 5. 24/7 response to hardware failures. Business hours for everything else. ### **Not in the price** Your operating system and software, which you run. Work above the OS, scoped and quoted on request. We size the node, agree a term with you and send a written quote. Before you commit 2. ### **Order** You sign the order and prepay three months' fees (six on 1-year terms), credited against your last invoices. Day 0 3. ### **Build** We only buy hardware once the prepayment clears. Then we rack, cable and soak-test it for 72 hours. Date stated in your quote 4. ### **Accept** You check the node against the commissioning checklist. Billing starts on acceptance, not on order. 3 business days to check 5. ### **Run** We monitor it, replace failed parts and keep firmware current. You run the OS and your workloads. Billing
Billing starts when you accept the node, not when you sign.
Prepayment
The prepayment is three months' fees, or six on 1-year terms. It is credited against your last invoices.
Late delivery
If we deliver late, you get a day of service free for each day. After 60 days you can cancel and get your prepayment back.
Fixed price
Your price is fixed for the term. Only the energy part is reviewed, once a year, capped at ±20%.
Pay upfront
Pay the full term upfront and you get 5% off.
End of term
At the end of the term, renew at a rate no higher than your current one, move to new hardware, or buy the node at market value. If neither of us acts, it continues month to month.
## Reserve questions Anything else, ask us. Are the GPUs available now? No. Every server is built to order for one customer. We buy the hardware once your prepayment clears, and your quote states the delivery date. RTX PRO 6000 nodes are usually the fastest to deliver. What is a GPU-hour here? One GPU for one hour. You pay for every GPU in the server, 730 hours a month, whether you use them or not. Can we reserve other GPUs? Yes. H200, B300 and other servers are quoted on the same terms. A single RTX PRO 6000 node on 2 years is €2.75 per GPU-hour, excluding VAT. Do you have an SLA? Service levels are agreed for your deployment after commissioning. We don't quote an uptime figure before then. Can you manage the OS for us? Not as standard. We stop at the operating system, and can scope work above it separately. Should we reserve or own? Reserve if you'd rather not tie up capital or carry resale risk. Own if you want the asset on your books and plan to run it for three years or more. ## Reserve your servers.
