How a deployment works

  1. Scope

    We size the node with you and send a written quote.

  2. Order

    You sign and prepay three months' fees (six on 1-year terms), credited against your last invoices.

  3. Build

    We buy the hardware, rack it and soak-test it for 72 hours.

  4. Accept

    You check it against the commissioning checklist. Billing starts on acceptance.

  5. Run

    We monitor it and replace failed parts. You run the OS and your workloads.

Where your servers run

Today our racks are at Greenergy's Tallinn DC-1, next to a 330 kV grid substation. Greenergy runs the building; we run the racks and the network.

Common questions

  1. How soon can we have servers?

    Every server is built to order: we buy, build and burn it in once your order is signed and the prepayment clears. Your quote states the delivery date, and billing starts only when you accept the server.

  2. Which GPUs can we get?

    RTX PRO 6000 nodes are the fastest to deliver and have a published price. HGX H200, B200 and B300 nodes, and other configurations, are quoted to order.

  3. What's included in the price?

    One price per GPU-hour covers the whole server, 730 hours a month: power, rack space, network with 100 TB of outbound traffic, part replacement and 24/7 response to hardware failures. No setup fee. Prices exclude VAT.

  4. Why do you ask for a prepayment?

    We buy hardware only once you commit. You prepay three months' fees (six on 1-year terms), credited against your last invoices. If we deliver more than 60 days late, you get it back in full.

  5. Can we own the hardware instead?

    Yes, with Own: you buy the servers, or we buy them for you, and we host and run them. The hardware and its resale value stay yours.

  6. Who can reach our data?

    You run the operating system and hold the logins. We work only on hardware and firmware, and every login to the management controller is logged. Apart from our engineers, only Greenergy's on-site team can physically reach your servers, and only at our request, or in a building emergency. Your servers stay in Estonia.

  7. Are you ISO 27001 certified?

    Not yet. Certification is in progress, target Q2 2027. Until then, we share our security controls under NDA, and you can visit the data centre before you sign.
