What you pay, and when

Hardware
Quoted at order. You pay in full before we order it, whether we buy it for you or you buy it yourself.
Onboarding
A one-off fee, quoted. It covers racking, cabling, burn-in and handover.
Every month
A management fee, plus rack space, power and network billed open-book.
Term
24 months, billed monthly in advance, with a deposit of one month's fees.

Your choice of hardware

Servers
RTX PRO 6000 nodes, HGX H200, B200 or B300, or a configuration of your choice.
Before you order
We check power and cooling against the rack. Higher density goes into a tailored rack.
Handover
Bare metal, with a remote console over VPN.
Repairs
We handle failed parts and warranty claims with the vendor. After the warranty, you pay for parts at cost.

If something changes, your server is still yours

Ownership
The server is yours from acceptance.
If we can't continue
An agreement between you, 3NV and the data centre lets you reach and remove your hardware.
End of term
Renew with us, or take your server with you.
Leasing
Rather lease? Work with your own lessor. We host for them.
