At 3NV, protecting the integrity of our services is the top priority. Our Fair Use and Abuse Policy ensures that all users have access to the resources they need without interference or degradation in performance due to the excessive or inappropriate use of resources by others.

Service Abuse: If we detect malicious activity like a DDoS attack from your device, we reserve the right to disable access to your servers to keep the integrity of our service and allow other users to keep accessing the network without issues.

Here are the actions and content that 3NV deems illegal, harmful, offensive, or disruptive. This list is not exhaustive, where 3NV can judge an activity as illegal or malicious at our own discresion:

    • Selling or promoting illegal materials, substances, or products.

    • Using a third party’s user account or computing resources without their permission.
    • Collecting personal information such as email addresses without the individual's consent (phishing).
    • Monitoring network traffic or data without proper authorization.
    • Distributing content or using technology that could harm, disrupt, intercept, or hijack systems, programs, or data, such as viruses, trojan horses, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious software.

To ensure compliance with this Fair Use and Abuse Policy, we may:

Monitor Traffic and Usage: We reserve the right to monitor traffic and usage patterns to detect any irregular or abusive activities.

Take Action: We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violations and may take the following actions at our sole discretion:

  • Warning: Issuing a warning to the user of their violation.
  • Service Suspension: Temporarily or permanently suspending services to the offending user.
  • Termination: Terminating the user's account and permanently revoking access to our services.
  • Legal Action: Reporting the violation to law enforcement or taking legal action if the abuse involves criminal activities.
